“Place is pretty bad ass. Me and my girl were here a few weeks ago. I used to live in the Valley. I never heard of these guys. We went to get our Tel Aviv food on. I ordered 2 Chicken and Beef Falefel plates for 3 people. Food was really good here. I like the salad and all with natural flavors. The meat has a nice Kosher feel and taste. Nice staff and owners. Nice place here. We will be back on our next trip.“
“Is this good Falafel or what? I've been here twice but it only keeps getting better and better. We got a Falafel baguette, with french fries and a side of chicken schnitzel. I asked for a jalapeño to add a little heat to my food and boy did he delivered . The owner is very friendly and tends to his costumers with a smile. Very kind soul. Cannot recommend this place enough. Also, I didn't take a pic, but he's got a table with a Washing Cup setting for Al Netilas Yadayim. So props for that!“

“The staff are so nice and I loved the falafel, I wouldn't call this real mediterranean food if that's what you're looking for. The meat and falafel are good but the sides and overall tastes are off, not unpleasant but definitely a lack in favor.“

“Food - delicious, fresh, healthy, and tasty. Ordered Mezze Lamb Platter, Bocquerones Toast (avocado toast on sourdough bread topped with a hot sauce and anchovies) So Good, must get! - and a shepherd's salad with Bulgarian Sheep Feta. Anchovy was not fishy at all. If I was eating blindfolded, I would not have guessed the toast had anchovies. My new go-to! Service was helpful. We called our order ahead for pickup. Host was friendly and welcoming. Ambiance - beautiful afternoon, great So Cal weather, outside seating, friendly staff and beat lunch crowd. Delicious food. What more can you ask for!“

“Tried their falafel a chicken kebab plates. Loved every bite especially the falafel of course, and the tahini covered lettuce and tomato. I ordered the plate but ended up making my own little wraps anyway as it comes with pita bread. The owners are very friendly and most of the people coming in were obviously regulars and I loved that! Will return soon!“

“Falafel Inc. was created to be an affordable and Vegan option for those who want a taste of the Palestinian flavors the owner grew up with in his family of refugees. The walls are lined up with the same plywood material used in falafel stands in refugee camps with photos of refugees lining it. For every $10 spent, the restaurant donates and guarantees feeding one refugee one day worth of meals through the World Food Program. I ordered the shawarma sandwich and baklava and I wasn't disappointed. The service was quick and they had my shawarma warm and ready within minutes. There are benches inside the restaurant to wait on or eat your food quickly; otherwise there are three tables outside that could seat 6 people in total. I highly recommend this place! I got my information from these blogs:“

“I watched an Eater LA video about FurnSaj being one of the best Lebanese restaurants in Los Angeles. This is my kind of place! It is a simple counter restaurant in a strip shopping center in Granada Hills with additional locations in Glendora and Calabasas. You have everything from flatbreads and traditional Mediterranean meals to choose from. I went with the cheese boreg mana’ish and the spinach pie. Both were reasonable and delicious! They give a lot of food for the money. They take cash and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and other mobile payment options. Restaurant employees and guests were wearing masks. Based on how great the flatbreads taste, I would definitely go back and try some of the other options on the menu.“

“We love dune ! The grilled chicken plate is the best! The French fries are also really good. The falafel is kind of hard so I don't recommend. The fried chicken plate is also good but would have to say the grilled is the best. A bit pricey but portions are good - I usually have leftovers or share the plate with someone else. Order online and pick up! You have to get the garlic sauce on the side !“

“My Favorite L.A. restaurant by all means. I need to feel the love one puts into their food. And this is the place I feel it the most. Delish, home-style, served with a smile in a kind, friendly way. The one place that I walk into and feels like home. Thank you for you guys“

“Super cute restaurant with adorable outdoor seating. The food is extremely flavorful and delicious, not just any normal shawarma! The Moroccan spices and choice of veggies in the wrap take it to a whole new level you’ve never tasted before if you havnt had Moroccan cuisine!“

“I love the food. Multiple flavors and textures. .The service is efficient and the ambiance is cool for a fastfood place. The price points are competitive and you get a large portions. Parking is questionable when its crowded beware of parking enforcement when parking on the street.“

“I've been coming here since 1992 or earlier. This is one of my best childhood memories. I remember when the owner had all the autographed pictures of famous people in the walls. I remember he' always said his mother makes the best and has the best recipes, top secret! If you want falafel this is the best. At 44 years old I am still trying to figure out his hot sauce. I crave it. But I'm in Orange County. If I ever go to LA I go there. My wish would be for him to open up in Orange County :)“

“Stopped in for a later lunch after strolling around the LA Zoo for a few hours. Unfortunately, they were out of beef shawarma (and don't serve it with lamb), so Jim G. and I opted to share the Rib Eye Plate. We had to wait about 8 minutes or so for the rib eye to cook, which is totally fine. The plate is massive! All the sides on it, plus eggplant and fries on another plate. We also opted to order a little falafel to taste and they were very tasty! The rib eye was but there wasn't really a lot of it there. I realize it's an expensive meat, but the $30 plate cost is comparably more expensive than the other meats. We shared a bottle of red wine ($37) and chilled out with our friends, who all enjoyed their food, too. Huge parking lot in the back, with just a short walk to get to the front of the shopping center, where Tel Aviv is.“

“I live 30 minutes away but this is the only spot that I don't mind driving down to the valley for!!!. Each time it's as fresh and bomb as the first time I came. 5 stars for the quality and taste of the food and the kind Empolyees at the falafel truck !!!!!“
“Since the first Shabbat that I arrived in America we have been looking for Shabbat catering, since then for about a year we have been coming here every Friday and before holidays to buy kosher and delicious Shabbat catering. I don't know what we would do without this place. He always saves us at the last moment. The owner of the place Dudu always has a sense of humor and good energy!“

“This place is a hidden gem, very cozy with indoor and outdoor seating. I wished I came here more often... It's tucked in the corner of a plaza, hence the name. I ordered the vegetarian plate and wow, it was delicious! Each bite was filled with layers of flavor and it was fun to eat. My taste buds were happy and it satisfied my hunger. Plus, parking is free and the staff were friendly!“

“Picked up some sides and universally delicious. Brussels sprouts are a standout but so are cauliflower and broccoli. Nicest staff there -- William the manager and Lauren were so friendly and helpful. While I did take out, indoor space and the patio out front were very inviting. And - good to know - the sides held their own until we ate them for dinner 3 hours later. Delish.“

“If you're looking for incredible rotisserie chicken, look no further than Zankou Chicken. The food here is absolutely fantastic. The chicken itself is incredibly fresh and flavorful. Every bite bursts with deliciousness. It's clear they use high-quality ingredients, and their rotisserie cooking method creates a juicy bird. Plus, their sides are no afterthought. They complement the chicken perfectly, adding another layer of flavor to the meal. Whether you choose the hummus, garlic sauce, or something else, you can't go wrong. Overall, Zankou Chicken is a winner. Fresh and flavorful food“

“I've been here before and falafel wasn't so great but this time I got the mixed kabob plate. That plate was really good and the hummus was perfect. The garlic dip was pretty strong. They changed the look inside bc they now have bakery. I was tempted to get baklava but I was already over my budget with the plate. Maybe next time.“

“Great place to get exactly what you expect every time. The food is delicious. Their garlic butter sauce is an all time fav (just don't use too much, it's potent). The chicken family meal feeds my family of 4 and everyone is satisfied.“

“Clean place. Good food. Fast service. I was looking for another falafel place in the area and I decided to try Zankou in Van Nuys. When I walked in I noticed that there was a lot of places to sit and it was nice and clean inside. When I walked up to the counter I noticed that everyone was wearing a uniform and everything looked nice and organized. You could smell the food in the background and it smelled really nice. I ordered the falafel pita with hummus and it was absolutely delicious. I will for sure be coming back here again!“
