“It was my first time at this place, on a friend’s recommendation. The cumin spiced meat was so great!

Usually not a fan of lamb, but the lamb skewers from this place was pretty good, and it also didn’t stink too badly.

The beef kebab was amazing too, the beef was tender and well marinated! The chicken kebab felt a bit dry and not as flavourful compared to the other so I would not recommend.

It’s a good place to socialize as you needed to wait for the skewers to be grilled.

Went on a Saturday, around 730pm, and waited around 30-45 mins for the table to be ready, but this was WELL worth the wait!“

“I got caught in some street construction and had to drive thru Vanowen St when I saw Haig’s Kabob House !!! I immediately pulled over to take a look. They have all types of meats Beef… Lamb… Venison… Wild Boar… Chicken. Also all type of Mediterranean spices and drinks +hummus. I bought several pounds of marinated chicken breast. Went home and cooked up YUMMY. Every time I am near by .. got stop by!!!“

“The kebab here are delicious. I was finally able to try this place for lunch and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and polite with us. My wife and I came here after her doctor appointment because it's in the same plaza.

My wife got the chicken kebab plate with hummus and macaroni. I got the beef lule kebab plate with Shirazi and French fries. They make it fresh right when you order so it can take a couple of minutes. We are our food inside of the place so they brought our dish out to us. They also give complimentary lentil soup for my wife. We both really like how seasoned the chicken and beef lule kebab were. We'll be sure to come back again to try another dish.“

“I was eyeballing this place for months, finally went and got #1 pork chops and it was just as good as I hoped. 2 big pieces of pork, well done, fluffy soft rice, the pepper & tomato were juicy (everthin just needed a little salt). It's a small place with about 10 tables inside. Lady at the front was nice, wait time is min 15min & prices are fair for the big portion. Located on the corner with parking. They have this setup where the skewers would *automatically* spin! 🤯 (I'm way more impressed by this machine than I should be. 🤣) Skewers are really yummy; lamb's my favorite. 😋 Also they have the special kind of chapssal tangsuyuk that is made from sticky rice flour and is really fluffy and chewy; I always get it here!“

“Great location for Mediterranean food ingredients are high-quality. I can tell because I don’t feel heavy and bloated after I eat here. I’ve been coming here for years. I get the number 13, which is a beef and chicken combo. You can’t go wrong with the quality of chicken here it’s never overcooked very moist and a lot of flavor. Portions are large and filling. Highly recommend anybody that visiting the Glendale area or atwater to stop by and order anything from the menu you won’t be disappointed. The owner is amazing as well. The staff is very courteous.“
