Yes there are busy times for this place because this place has great food, service, and atmosphere! I've been here with different sets of friends and I have never had a bad time...though parking may be a bit hard it's worth it. Also the prices for everything are fair and I don't end up spending too much especially in a group.“

“Really excellent place for Chinese style skewers and some Korean elements. We got so many skewers and they were all delicious! We even got molten soup which is so warm and delicious.
I usually dislike Chinese style skewers places in US bc the risk and reward are not good (aka cost too much for tiny ounce of meat) but this place met my expectations and might be better than most places in China that I had.

“We had a 9PM, Sunday reservation at Sora Craft Kitchen, and when we first pulled up, we genuinely thought we were at the wrong place. The surrounding area is very dark and industrial at night, there were barely any cars around, and from the outside you would never expect what’s waiting for you inside.

The second we walked in, it was a completely different atmosphere. It was quiet and super ambient. One thing that immediately surprised me was that it didn’t smell like at all. We were greeted by the chef himself, and seeing him prepare everything right in front of us made the experience even more special. He was essentially running the kitchen himself, yet every dish came out surprisingly fast, fresh, and beautifully prepared.

We started with the Dry-Aged Tenderloin Shish Kebab, and that alone immediately set the tone for dinner. The beef was incredibly flavorful and tender.

Then the chef brought out the Mastabe and PLEASE!! If you come here, ORDER THIS. It ended up becoming the staple of our entire dinner. It’s this creamy house-made yogurt, we literally started adding it to EVERYTHING. The garlicky, creamy freshness somehow complemented every meat and every dish without overpowering anything.

Next came the Siverek Tava, and this one completely blew me away. The combination of ground beef, tomato, and roasted eggplant was incredible. My boyfriend HATES eggplant. Like, refuses to order anything with eggplant level of hate. Even he was shocked at how good it was and how perfectly the eggplant worked with the beef. Huge props to the chef because changing someone's mind about an ingredient they swear they hate says a lot.

The Grilled Branzino came next and was a perfect change of pace. Simple, fresh, perfectly grilled, and topped with vegetables. After all the richer flavors, the fish felt light and refreshing while still having plenty of flavor.

Then we had the Icli Kofte, which might have been one of the biggest surprises of the night. I wasn't expecting such an explosion of flavor from this dish.

Our last savory dish was the Garlic-Spiced Kebab. At this point I was so full and genuinely thought there was no way I was going to finish another dish... and then I kept eating it. It was smoky, garlicky, juicy, and so flavorful that I literally couldn't stop.

And somehow we still made room for dessert.

We finished with the Cheese Halva with Yuzu–Black Sesame Ice Cream, and it was the PERFECT ending. The warm cheese halva practically melted in our mouths. While the ice cream had this refreshing flavor that reminded us of mint and pistachio. The pistachio pieces underneath added the perfect crunch and texture to balance everything out.

What impressed me most about Sora wasn't just one specific dish. It was how thoughtfully everything paired together. Every dish tasted completely different. Nothing felt generic or like something you could order at any other restaurant. You can genuinely taste the freshness and the amount of thought the chef puts into the flavors, textures, and pairings.

Don't let the location fool you. Once you walk through those doors, it's this little hidden gem where the food completely speaks for itself.

Mastabe is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Order it and put it on everything.

Such an amazing dinner and the perfect way to end our day. We left ridiculously full and already talking about coming back. Easily one of the best meals we've had so far.“

“I was car shopping and got hungry, we came into this place by Google maps and let me just say, this place is awesome, we had hummus, potato salad and yogurt and cucumber appetizer, AMAZING, we got two platters one ground beef and steak and One chicken and steak, both steaks were cook to perfection (it's freaking rare to get perfect steaks in any restaurant) chicken was tender and juicy, ground beef was nice and soft, portions are really good, I m a heavy hitter and I ended up full, also Eddie is the man, great customer, ask for him when coming here (unfortunately I forgot to take pictures)“

“I got introduced to stocker market 2 months ago, they are a friendly family owned market. Varooj and his wife does the kitchen orders. Had the great recipe passed down b generations. This was the first place I’ve seen the Armenian spaghetti (Macaron) sold freshly prepared. Her cooking is awesome and the store has all the specialty Armenian products. Support the family markets trying to service their community and are doing an amazing job. They are not as expensive as the bigger stores. They also have koobideh at $7 a pound. The place is located in a a cute little building (missed it on the first drive-by) with a mini garden to sit outside at one of four tables. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, cleanly presented. Will say: been there, saw and tasted it, and a lot, as I may say and much to the dismay of my doctor who is in my back to lose a few pounds. Quite a few, as I may add, which is why my wife and I walk ten thousand steps per day, where- and whenever we can - and explore a lot of new exciting places - places you may oversee when just driving by. While I love to share my experience with others, I am sometimes shocked how people use their "power of word" to down-rate amazing places because of minor incidents (in my all time favourite​ restaurant Le Petit Four on Sunset Plaza the owner was even called a racist as he refused to toast the (free) bread in his packed restaurant - they simply do not offer toasted bread, as no French​ place does, as I may add). Or I just read "Chicken piccata so over-salted I hope the dog enjoys the leftovers tomorrow, I brought home most of the dish." Did they speak to their service? How could the restaurant learn that something was wrong when patrons even have their leftovers​ boxed to take home? As a dog owner,​ I want to take the writer and shake him or her really bad and say "you give over-salted food to your dog? “It was my first time here, the place looked clean. The young lady at the register was super friendly and courteous. I ordered the lamb chop plate as well as the chicken Kabob plate. The lamb chops were very tasty and tender. The ONLY thing was that the rice and lamb chops were very salty. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my food, it was just too much salt. I'm willing to give this place a second chance only because I love lamb and they are close to me. The pros outweigh the cons and hopefully next time it won't be salty. Will keep you posted“
