We came in tonight a few minutes after 5. It wasn’t that busy. We have been to this location a few times in the past and have never had a problem, even during a busy night. However, unfortunately tonight that was not the case. Not once did anyone come over and offer us a drink, yes they did bring waters automatically, however we were never offered any other kind of beverage, which from a sales point of view seems wrong. Secondly no one ever came to offer us additional meats....
Really good Korean BBQ restaurant. All of the meat was seasoned perfectly. I would recommend the short rib in the bulgogi. He was very busy so service was not the most attentive. But that shouldn't stop you from coming here.
The Van Nuys location is smaller than the West Hills location . Both had plenty of parking. Food is great the service is prompt and they checked on us frequently, changed the grill frequency once it got smoky.
