This is the only place where the watermelon smoothie tastes real.
Waited much at the front counter but when finally served, decent service and accommodating to make a drink outside their regular menu! Nice sign on building in fresh green colors but dried up sun-cracked window signage needs a window face lift for sure including a good window, wall, equipment/wipe down cleaning day to keep it loca! Drinks were good overall—Thai Tea Excellent!

I’ve been here several times and the boba is always good. They have had health code violations before through and right now the have a “B” rating. It’s a bit concerning given that they only sell drinks. The back must be dirty.
