I came in today to buy bread. It was pricey 75 cents a piece but it was delicious. Really good. Unfortunately the service was terrible. The two ladies up front have no manners, they had grouchy faces, and no good customer service. The bread would be the only reason I would go back.
I've been coming to this bakery and restaurant for a few years. My favorite itens are the bean and cheese pupusas and the platanos. Yummy! Pupusas are a homemade small corn tortilla filled with beans, pork, chicken or beef and queso cheese. They are grilled until slightly crispy on the outside. The platanos are grilled plaintains with usually a little butter and sugar on top. This particular place makes the best South American food. I placed an order over the phone and confirmed price. When I arrived I was charged an additional $24.00. I had promised the order for an office party and did not have time to replace it. On top of the additional price, the food was greasy and not authentic at all, beans were from a can. Very disappointed.
