First time here, tried the vegan pho, which another reviewer said tasted like fish. While ALL pho is supposed to be made with a fish base, I wouldn't expect it in a vegan dish. I didn't taste any flavor in mine. The veggies were not the usual for a Vietnamese dish and the broth tasted like water. The tofu wasn't cooked beforehand so it was a mushy mess. The veggies
werent steamed appeared to have been boiled. This is definitely not Vietnamese

Ok so it is most definitely not authentic Vietnamese Pho it lacks some key flavors. The thing is Korean cuisine when you lack flavor you add sugar. The broth is much too sweet. I got a combination pho and after getting over the sweetness I added Sriracha and chilies. Honestly it could pass for ok pho without the added sweetness. The broth was for the most part very clean strong taste of anise. Not bad if you had other aromatics needed in good pho. I dread to think how the oxtail...

The rare steak and brisket pho was delicious, and the portions were generous. Parents had the vegan pho and the jjam pho, and they really liked their choices. The egg rolls and the vegetable fried rice were quite good as well. Very friendly service. I'll be coming back here for sure.
