Small little shop in a small plaza with parking. Friendly owner says business just opened 5-6 months ago. I ordered a spinach boreg and Lahmajun, and he heated both for me. Affordable and tasty. See pictures for menu prices December 2023.

I stumbled upon this bakery while visiting a different shop in the plaza and was pleasantly surprised by the owners' hospitality. They kindly offered to prepare fresh lahmajun if I could wait a bit and even treated me to complimentary Armenian coffee during my wait. The highlight was that my family absolutely adored the lahmajun! It's definitely a place we'll keep coming back to.
