The cemitas are like gourmet tortas—tasty, toasty, chewy, cheesy, spicy, and big, with a lot of variety of ingredients. A small cemita is actually pretty big, and the milanesa cemita is delicious, with soft meat and spongy bread. Although prices are a bit high, the generous portions make it a great value. Don't forget to add the string cheese for an extra $2. Orders are picked up through a small window, and service is generally friendly. The chairs could use modernization for better seating comfort and more space to sit. If this location is too far, there are other Don Adrian spots in the valley.
