Ding Tea's success lies on their ability to consistently deliver tasty boba treats across space and time. It's my first time at this location in Van Nuys, and the Hakkaido oolong milk tea was scrumptious as the ones I had at all the other branches. Staff was young but friendly, but that's not unusual at a boba place. We got our drinks fairly quickly. Conveniently located right next to a 99 Ranch Market and a pho restaurant, this location enjoys plenty of foot traffic. The parking lot is large, but it's still a struggle to find a spot due to the busy Asian market.

This boba/coffee place is so small I didn't even know it existed until recently! However, I'm really glad I finally tried it out. The prices are good and so are the drinks. I really liked what I've tried here so far. The workers are very nice and the shop itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Both times I've come here, I haven't had to wait a long time at all. I usually always try the taro drink from places, and I will say that this one was really good. Would definitely recommend this place!

The best boba in Sherman oaks! The store is always clean and super pretty. Their hazelnut milk tea and golden boba is the best by far. I always order online and it's ready every time I go to pickup. 10/10

Great Little Boba Tea Shop!!! Staff is friendly and patient. Best of all you can adjust the level of sweetness for your drinks. So those who have a sweet tooth can go for it and those who are watching their sugar can still indulge in a treat or two.

|[ d e c e n t h o t b o b a ]| 3.5 rounded up. I'd say it's decent enough for a boba (esp hot) craving since they make hot drinks here, and the tea flavor is there though not as strong as I'd like. Still not as watered down as some places. My go to is either the classic or oolong MT hot with grass jelly. I get no sugar and add my own sweetener. One suggestion is to have sugar substitutes like monk fruit or stevia (for longevity since diabeetus is such a prob everywhere heh). Grass jelly is soft and delicious. |[ w h a t i t i s ]| Quick in and out, small interior but friendly staff so I def stop in when I'm here for food next door! I do think it's a bit overpriced, $6-7 for a smallish size drink so I'd love if they up the quality to match the price. Parking lot kinda busy but glad it exists.

Stopped by here while waiting for some food from Sam Woo. It's a small space, but it's clean and has nice decor. Staff was friendly. I got the passion fruit black tea with lychee jelly at 70% sweet. It was pretty good. I enjoyed my drink. 70% was still relatively sweet, so if you don't like super sweet drinks, maybe try 70% below. Overall cool spot! Glad to have tried it!

My favorite boba place! Staff is super friendly, lots of parking and the drinks come out quick! Came here after dinner with friends and loved how there was no wait time which usually is the case at other ding tea locations. Will be my new spot for boba!

Very good boba teas with tons of flavor options. Can get kinda busy but service is quick!

My kids love boba here, we visit at least once a week. However, it has gotten less flavorful since the ladies started making the drinks. Today, the boys make our drink and finally we can have flavorful and good bobas as before. We think the boys make the drinks better! ;)

Service: 4/5Taste: 2/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Cute, trendy boba place in the valley. There is little seating indoors, and ample parking as it is in a large shopping plaza. Unfortunately, we weren't too satisfied with our drinks and don't think I'll be coming back again. -Apple Slush with boba (3/5) : the apple wasn't a tart green apple like I am used to ordering from boba places, more so a sweet apple that reminded me of apple juice/sauce. The drink was okay, but there was waaaay too much boba (took up half the cup, see photo left), that it was overwhelming for the drink. -Signature Milk Tea with Boba (2/5): this one definitely tasted watered down. The tea essence was there, but I felt like the drink itself was lacking in terms of flavor and milkiness for ordering a normal sweetness drink. (Tasted more like a 25% sweetness drink).
