Did they change the fry sauce formulation? I was here a few weeks ago and the fry sauce tasted right and was delicious. Today it tasted wrong, came out of these little packets, and was over powering on the burger and totally clashed with the flavor of my fries in a way it never had before. It was still good, but not mind blowing like it usually is for me.

Came based on recommendation. Really wasn’t impressed. It was fine. Nothing that ever made me say wow. Fries were soggy and limp. Burger was alright. Would have rather spent my $20 at any of the other food spots in plaza.

Really impressive burger spot. Menu is small but the burger is mighty. I've been eating a lot of LA burgers recently, so this place wasn't one I thought would really impress me, but it's easily one the best Smashburger joints this town has offer.

They literally messed up my entire order after taking forever making it. I didn't have time for them to make it again so I needed a refund and they refused to give it to me because apparently they need a manager to do that.

Worst ever service I've encountered. Just ordered a cheese burger and sweet potato and took them 30 minutes, not even saying anything. I've been patient until all newly ordered served so I asked about my order, and the lady server says they are busy. I thought that's how they served. I asked again about my order, and when I saw the group just ordered, the order was served. I asked again about my order for the 2nd time, and they said they mixed up my order.
