Came in on Monday, my roommate and I, before our walk at Lake Balboa. We usually get Mango a go-go but we wanted something different. Cashier mentioned strawberry banana would be good so we got that and left! It turned out to be a little bitter so my roommate Kim called in and hoping they'd remake our favorite drinks instead. Person on the phone took our name down and asked if we can come back and remake it, however we were already far away, so we asked if we can pick up a different day.Different day comes...spoke with one of the employees and manager all of a sudden came on. Stated that they couldn't find the paper with our names on it, however, super accommodating manager understood the situation. As I mentioned to him before, we're not trying to fraud some $10 drinks. Lol I just want to give r a shout out to the manager for being super understanding and believing us.If I was the owner or the chain manager, I'd recognize him. Managers are supposed to deescalate situations, which is super gnarly. I need some pointers from him. Lol

I went today in the morning with my dad and experienced the worst customer service. All the female employees and the boy in the front desk gave us the dirtiest looks and some of the worst attitude I've encountered. We had ordered with the boy and our total came out to $43 and we gave him a $100 and he tells us in a rude way I can't take that and there's no sign that says we don't accept $100 and not only that but I had ordered a parfait with no waffle and banana instead and when our food was ready one of the female workers just slammed our things on the table and walked away. I checked the bag and saw they messed up my parfait so I politely asked if they could fix it and the girl gives us a nasty sigh under her breath and remakes it for us and she hands it to me with hardly anything inside the bowl. This is unbelievable, these kids nowadays don't take they're jobs seriously

I always come to this one with my mom and our waffles are never fully toasted. Today i really had to pee and the guy did not let me in. Just because my hair is a mess does not give him the right to treat me like i am less of a person. It hurt to be treated with disrespect. I had been craving Jamba juice all day just to walk into there and leave disappointed.

We ordered online so that the drinks would be ready and the order said it would be ready at 12:45. When we got there they had barely started on the first drink.
I think the shift lead's name was Kyle. He was very friendly and had great customer service. I never had a bad experience at this location with any workers and my order is always correct!

This location is very well managed. I had a mobile order for a few drinks. At the time, there was only one employee so I expected a delay. But to my surprise the smoothies were ready before estimated time on app. The employee working was very sweet and had good customer service skills. My drinks were good, the fruit on my açaí bowl was also placed aesthetically.

I have a soft spot for Jamba Juice because it was my first job EVER! However, this review is for the new Van Nuys location. What a beautiful shop!! I love all of the detail and design inside this location. It was very clean and organized. I even liked the little pick up refrigerator. It's like the Jamba brand got a refresh or something because it was really like walking into a whole new business. Love the new vibe! I was able to easily order on their app and my order was ready within minutes, earlier than what the app estimated. Love the speedy service here! My savory pretzel was also hot and ready when I arrived, waiting just for me. Yum yum! I will be coming back to this location! They are clean, speedy and organized. Very positive experience!

Been here a handful of times. The staff is SO friendly! Everyone I have encountered has been really nice. I would rate the customer service very highly also. I have had a few issues at this location with app ordering. It seems to not be in sync with what is actually available. Also, it's kinda annoying that the cups are never filled all the way.
