Gave me the wrong soda and wanted to charge me again when I asked to give me the right one. Like it’s my fault they don’t know the difference between Coke and Dr Pepper. Please teach your staff to give the right drink.

Manager was very helpful. Mind you though when you go there. There is no cashier you have to do everything on the app which I find weird it's like what the he'll. Why hire a bunch of people and have no cashier like that's really dumb. With all due respect. also there was a young girl working there and she was so rude. It's like I'm paying for my food I aint stealing it. She only gave me 2 hot sauce packets. Like that would be enough for me. If you don't like your job you shouldn't be working there period.

I've been coming here for about 20 years and I also come with my best friend old white guy to do there Uber. The same incident occcured 2 times within 2 weeks , now mind you I live now in Woodland Hills so I dont even come here that often , also I am fat and 5 months pregnant already waddling.. When i jave to ise the bathroom I have to use it. So.onmthis particular date Aug 20th , @approx 6:20 pm i waddled im oit of tge heat to eat from a mexican taxin, o had my bag with my books and computer so i roll it im prego anywho this was the 2nd time after i used the bathroom to.wash the swear from my hands to eat i ate and spoke with someone i knew and we then went outside for a cigarette and my atimach from the food immediately began to bubble i.was trying to.wait till my ride had arrived but i couldnt any longer and had ro make a beeline for it . I.sat politely and waited for an.appropriate moment when i could and the worker had told me it was now ok ..i.smiled and thanked him and went into the 1st stall and no toilet paper i now know.to chceck after one time before so i moved to the next stall and procedded ro.do.my thing.. Not to be graphic but i finally called it quits and cutoff cause now i.was.able to make it yo my friends up the street when he got here so im wiping -dry then baby wipe as i.dont want a raw one and then dried it . Someone came in and i told them there isnt any toilet paper does she want some cause she hadnt went to get out or asl for any. She.ignorred me so o.ssid ok . I.asked one more time nothing. So i had alredy finished with the last quick.2ipe and flushed snd went to wash my hands ..i hesrd the peeson next door pee but pulle dup pants and walked out and then.took a strp towards the sink and om out the way drying mine and she them.looks in mirror right fast ans walks out. Not only was this disgusting it was unsanitary and could have costed the whole town with at minimal Hepatitis or something far worse . And then i realized that this was the same chick from last week in which when i came to pee after i and the oeople that i was with ordered. Except she came in and stood in the stall didnt do anything then.i come out she comes out and walks right out the door . Now i tried to handle it civilly and i told my friedn in a hushed whisper and told him i just felt like it was strange to do especially since ive been coming for 20 years and havent seen them do that to the ones that clearly look homeless and smelly. The supervisor said she doesnt know why and she didnt tell her to do such a thing and i told her well i aint trying to make a issue but just wanted to mention it as it made me feel some type of way but if you have to harrass a customer for what reason i will never know but im guessing my race cause neve have i or will ever do anything foul in a bathroom and after the 1st time you woild think that they would know that but no why is it that no one else had this done to them. I use the bathroom and get out so why am i being harrassed and not to play the race card thats the only thing that i can think of ad i have not guve. Them any reason to think or feel otherwise. If ive done something either tell me what or.deny me the bathroom which you have every right to do but dont single me.out .
The fact that the employee never wiped nor.wsshed her hands and i.cime out and see her handling food was the most ratcheted thing in the world to me and will never ever eat here again . Nor would i want to spend my money to be harrassed . Im in totally confusion and angry anbut about this .

Between cold food and the terrible worker who acts like to conversation with their coworker is more important than addressing any of the 10 customers still waiting for their food, to the workers whom only address the drive thru customers and act like anyone in the dining room is a pain to serve to the menu which is now over priced so much its almost cheaper to eat at Denny's. At least there they don't act like the person ordering food from them is a chore. McMarro.... the worst thing to happen to mcdonalds in the valley. Over priced food with below subpar service.... must be the McMarro way. Shouldn't have tried to fix what wasn't broken to begin with. Worst Place to get fast food now by far. Please go away McMarro u are ruining a childhood memory.

Amazing location to go to to eat especially when I'm behind on my normal breakfast and lunch and dinner time. Food is excellent, but service needs improvement!
The staff changed and I encountered discrimination for the first time. They can deliberately delay the order and make it slowly! They give it to everyone except you because you don't speak English well and don't speak Spanish at all.

They don't have ice cream products of any kind and the girl at the window has me confused as hell sometimes due to her strong accent. I must say though even though i am thinking idk what the hell she said and she is sounding like she just totally dropped the ball on my order when she says the correct price with all of the discounts and gracefully hands me food ,change,receipt, and a smile followed with a kind thank you ! Have a great day! I'm thinking she nailed it and this is America. We have to laugh sometimes at ourselves and others but, in a kind way we all need to find that ridiculous reason we're impatie t or may e annoyed and instead make it.int
