Very kind staff, accomodative with the polite approach, Diego & Juan not only are great store associates, they reflect what every Papa John's Pizzeria should reflect where they're never afraid to help meet the customer's expectations, engage in conversation being themselves around others/everyone, & display a can do attitude knowing that they'll always make a difference even if its the smallest order. They have the biggest hearts in the entirety of the San Fernando Valley as I personally commend them for going above & beyond, from what seems as a simple carryout order, is a spark of friendship, mutualism, support, & benefit. Bless their hearts. 🙏🏻👍🏻🤝🏻🇺🇸🫡❤️

Food was excellent but I did pick up manager was kind of rude

Papa John's has been my favorite, but lately the quality and flavor has not been there. I've came to the conclusion that I'm done with Papa John's.

Ordered online, waited an hour and a half, and then they told me my house was outside of their radius and they couldn’t deliver. I live 2 miles away… & they were the closest open store

This place doesn't even deserve a star
The owner or manager, whatever he is, is very rude. NO TYPE OF MANNERS There is never parking. Don't ever go here it's a worse spot for pizza

This store ALWAYS givese problems. Everytime! They always have something wrong. They never answer the phone so I can know ahead of time if "their over in working". They always cancel my order because "they are having technical difficulties". It's so frustrating because they sure do take payments REALLY FAST but then when you place the order and they call you and say they cannot complete the order it takes days to get a refund. It's just soooooo FRUSTRATING!!

I like the person who take my order of pizza 🍕 but the only thing the price for the pizza it's too much.

Vegetarian options: There's no chairs to wait for the order.

Parking: The Place was clean and they remodeled. I went last year and it was different.

When You call this papa John’s store in Sherman way & van nuys Blvd in van nuys ca no one picks up the phone after the automated system transfers you to speak with the manager , what kind of costumer service is this ..? No good

Don’t wast your money on this garbage. Quality of the food for the price you pay is nowhere near worth it. Pizza crust was doughy and under cooked and toppings were minimal.
