I had a very bad experience today since I called to order. The one who answered the phone was very inpatient. When I just started to tell my first order, she said “you don’t need to order by phone, you can come to order here”. I said “hold on. I have more.” When I picked up, she gave me extremely horrible attitude. When I paid my orders separately. She shakes her head and said “Lucky, I’m not busy today” furthermore, she didn’t even give me some utensils. When I asked her, she said just grab it for yourself. This is ridiculous. I spent $100+ on my order. I don’t deserve any service. I have been their customer for years. Today’s experience is shocked and disappointed. If there is another similar Chinese restaurant around the valley, based on this service, I will never go back.

Service was great . Staff was nice ! Food was horrible . It's expensive. Food was bland . Chow mein was okay . I ordered 5 other entrees and they were okay as well not enough flavor . Orange chicken is so thin that the breading is thicker . Old restaurant that was open names Dans Kitchen was way better than this sadly they closed

Food is really good and fast service. All the service staffs are courteous and proactive. They'll even pack the left overs for you to go. Sodas are all canned (no fountain). The place is kind of old but they still manage to keep it clean and neat. You need to sign to queue (dont wait for someone to reserve your table). Overall this is our go-to for Chinese food cravings.
Chinese food fast, fast service, no niceties, all business. Family style portions, we had lots of leftovers. No vegetable sides. Basic dishes. Order your rice separately. All business, must ask for a knife, must ask for water.
