The Girl working on Monday night Gilliani working alone at 8pm at night . Great customer service atleast 5 customers in front of Us. She did the fastest and most appropriate service as soon as possible. She was calm and trying t o get all orders taken care by her. I m very pleased with her service.

Staff was polite and swift to make the sandwiches. Sandwiches and basic chocolate chip and sugar cookies are just the right taste and size. Worth the price. The store was very clean. Lots of free parking in the lot.
I came in for the breakfast sandwich (Steak, Egg & Cheese), the employee starts making the sandwich and I ask if the egg was put in the sandwich and she says yes. I then get charged for a Steak & Cheese which is a more expensive lunch menu item and when I open my sandwich there isn’t any egg and the steak is still cold.
I asked why she had said she put the egg and requested a refund due to lack of time. She refused to give me a refund and took the sandwich I was given and threw it away and started making a whole new sandwich. She added Steak and Egg and left out the cheese and other veggies I initially asked for in the previous order. I repeatedly asked for a refund and finally was told to speak with the manager and he has been ignoring my calls and texts attempting to receive my refund.
