Staff was polite and swift to make the sandwiches. Sandwiches and basic chocolate chip and sugar cookies are just the right taste and size. Worth the price. The store was very clean. Lots of free parking in the lot.
I came in for the breakfast sandwich (Steak, Egg & Cheese), the employee starts making the sandwich and I ask if the egg was put in the sandwich and she says yes. I then get charged for a Steak & Cheese which is a more expensive lunch menu item and when I open my sandwich there isn’t any egg and the steak is still cold.
I asked why she had said she put the egg and requested a refund due to lack of time. She refused to give me a refund and took the sandwich I was given and threw it away and started making a whole new sandwich. She added Steak and Egg and left out the cheese and other veggies I initially asked for in the previous order. I repeatedly asked for a refund and finally was told to speak with the manager and he has been ignoring my calls and texts attempting to receive my refund.

Ordered Tuna footling and 6’inch sandwich and I asked myself where is the tuna looks like only mayonnaise and a spoon slathered not a scoop at least of tuna. Sooooo upset!! $18+ for these!

Ordered my sandwich as normal, things were going fine. I go to pay for my sandwich with a 50 dollar bill. She takes it and gives me my change. As I'm going to fill my drink cup she turns to me and waves the 50 dollar bill she just accepted in my face and says I can't accept this it's ripped. After arguing about how my money is still good even though it's ripped. I offered to pay with a different bill and after not knowing what my total was she eventually accepted the original bill. I'd go elsewhere.

Hours are inaccurate on this site, unless the workers are just closing early! Walked over a mile to grab a sub and they were closed just before 11:30 (website says 12 AM). Not sure what time they actually close, but the hours were updated only two weeks ago (for this specific location), so I don’t understand how they are incorrect.. anyway, call them to see if they’re open before ever heading to this location.
