This was my first time at a Zankou's and color me impressed by their delightful falafel wrap and tabouleh! the falafel pieces were chunky, crunchy, and satisfying contrasted with the bright and fresh tabouleh. the staff were attentive and patient as I looked over the menu to order. the one thing that was very jarring was how bright the interior was (it was nighttime, so quite dark outside). the lights hurt my eyes a bit, but didnt entirely detract from the experience! I can’t say enough good things about Zankou. The food is prepared in a healthy way with plenty of deliciousness cooked right in. I usually get the chicken tarna, and this visit was no exception . Yum, yum!!
This location, like all the rest, is clean, has friendly staff, and serves their meals quickly. My one complaint is that there isn’t a location by me in the South Bay, but I hear they are opening one.
