Been following Adam Perry Lang for sometime. It was worth the wait to come with my husband and son. Food was delicious
Got the chance to finally get some APL bbq out in Venice. Perfect weather, chill outdoor venue, 4 huge smokers out back, and a long line of patrons excited to get some bbq. What an amazing way to enjoy a nice weekend. The bbq was awesome. Tender, smoky, and tasty. We got to try these items.
Lamb rack - very tender not gamey at all.

I took the risk yesterday and went to pop-up BBQ joint APL. They were working out of a restaurant in Marina Del Rey, so I thought reluctantly to give them a shot. I knew they were expensive and likely not the “traditional” BBQ quality that I grew up with in L.A. I’d seen on social media that APL Barbecue almost always sold out, so I arrived 2 hours early.
