I ordered delivery from here today and they gave my order to the wrong person. I spoke to a woman who worked there on the phone and she extremely rude- she said she gave it to someone that had my name and she doesn't know who it was, and did not offer to make it right by making a new order to give to the delivery person that was there waiting for my order. They need to do a better job of making sure they give the CORRECT order to the CORRECT person- and when you give it to the wrong person- you can try being nicer and not so nasty.

We are a month from 2025 and this place is still only take out only. What world is CCC living in? You’re leasing out x amount of sqft and are not letting guests inside. Moreover when I say no cheddar cheese, I need to pay extra to sub in a different ingredient?? Crazy

You literally can’t eat here. It’s a massive place, used to have about 25 tables, and they don’t allow you to even walk in. It’s a ghost kitchen now what a joke

Didn’t know that it was walk in only. Plenty of free parking right next to it. You can order at the booth up front. I always get the Chinese chicken salad which is so goood and the portions are enough for two servings in my opinion. My food was ready in less than 5 minutes, I also went when there was no line. I hear it’s always busy so order ahead for pick up

So I showed up at 6:30 to pick up my chicken and salad at the California Chicken Cafe, the Venice store. I check in, and come to find out that, I placed my order at the Santa Monica store! Hungry and tired, Diana was amazing in her service to help transfer my order And to have it done in 20 minutes, so I can get home and enjoy my chicken and salad. The service was amazing. Diana was amazing and I am very appreciative of that store as I pick up my food from there 3 to 4 times a week. Bravo!!!

We’ve ordered the Out West salad, veggie soup, half chicken, potatoes, and sweet potato, and all were absolutely delicious and SO fresh. And the salad was huge. Picking up via drive up pick up is also a breeze.
Most recently, after picking up an order, as soon as I got home I dropped my salad on the driveway and was so sad because I was so looking forward to my delicious meal. Thinking it was a long shot, I called asking if they would be at all willing to make my salad again. They generously said they would remake it! I was so grateful and couldn’t believe it. So eat here - the food and customer service is amazing!
