This was a great spot to stop after a long bike ride for a beer and some burgers. The staff were all really nice, from the bouncer to the bartenders to the server. They treated us like we were a part of the neighborhood. They have a great outdoor patio area where we really enjoyed people watching and soaking up some sun. Rough around the edges and perfect for it. Enjoyed a few Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze IPAs and, of course, the burger. Great weekend bands that ROCK it out and several TVs to watch your game. A local's absolute favorite. This is real Venice.
Used to come to this place once or twice every week back in 1987-1990. From the pictures, I can see very little has changed. A local’s hang out. Free peanuts at the time. Fair hamburgers, and regular beer brands at very decent prices. Not a tourist trap. No overpriced food. No pretensions.
