Came to Starbucks at 7:30, the employees told me they were closed despite the closing hours being 8pm? The restroom is also filthy here, 0/10 would recommend.

We stopped to get coffee. i had a caramel machiado, and it was about 6:30 am.
We had had anything before this. As soon as I finished my coffee, I had to run and find a restroom it felt like I was going to have an emergency. I was lucky that the restrooms at the beach were open.
I never before experience anything like this after drinking Starbucks coffee ☕️. I wonder what went wrong.

The girl had attitude and made my drink is less than 10 seconds. It was all milk. It looks like it might have been a drink she had started and just added to it to make it something similar to what I ordered.

It’s 8:50 am Just got through the drive thru for a large very weak bad coffee… and a very nasty guy…they could at the very least serve a decent

I do not agree with a company that charges customers for NO ICE in a drink. They put more ice in a drink normally so that you have more ice then the drink you purchsed. What ever happened to the customers are right. This policy is theft from a greedy company. I refuse to buy anything from Starbucks.

They should always be prepared for every morning. They are never friendly and to go and get a the machine is not working at almost 8am. I am not a big fan but once in a while I go but they always disappoint me.
