Went here for the first time after a coworker kept insisting I had to try their sausages, honestly I get why now. The second you walk in, the smell hits you in the best way, it instantly makes you hungry. I ended up trying the rattlesnake & rabbit sausage just because it sounded crazy, it turned out surprisingly good. Super flavorful without being too weird. My friend ordered the bratwurst and we ended up swapping bites like we were taste-testing everything. The fries were the unexpected winner for me. Extra crispy, not greasy at all and the dipping sauces are dangerously good, we went through two baskets without even realizing it. The only downside was the line, it moved slower than I thought it would, especially for a weekday. But once we finally got a table, the food came out pretty fast.

google showed me german name of a restaurant and i was surprised. i’m happy to find this perfect european place. all that my eastern european soul needed for dinner i found here. they advised me in choosing my perfect hot dog, and it was tasty (chicken apple sausage with caramelized onion and red wine) .

Rattlesnake brat and proper sized beers!

Hard to find Aventinus on tap & cool vibe. Nice selection on brats also. I'll keep coming back.

Incredible sausages like being in Europe. the most amazing ingredients. I had the lamb sausage and my friend had the Italian hot sausage and they were both just fantastic. Even the bun is fresh and great. The atmosphere is also quite nice with an outdoor patio. A bit like being in a beer garden in Germany. The staff was super helpful and I can't wait to go back and try the pheasant sausage next.

Happy to see they offer gluten-free fries (and they’re so good!). The management really goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of—super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if you’re in Venice and craving something satisfying and well done. Will definitely be back!

The ordering process is less than ideal, but the sausages were not. Nice that they offer complimentary toppings. Maybe pair down on the table-side sauces, no one needs that many choices, plus they take up too much space. Maybe start with one sausage if you intend to get a side and a drink. All those carbs will fill you right up.
