Amazing patio view! We have our favorite things: fish sandwich, fried scallops, sesame salmon salad, seafood pasta. My dad's fave is the clam chowder and sourdough bread. All delish. They also carry on tap Figueroa Mountain's Danish Red, one of our favorite brews. Staff is really great: As we slooowly exited with my mom using her walker, at least five employees smiled and thanked us for coming and wished us a great evening. ❤️

Brophy Brothers delivers on seafood and setting. The New England clam chowder is rich and flavorful, the fish and chips are crisp and satisfying, and the shrimp appetizer, though small {I'm used to East coast servings of shrimp), was fresh and tasty. The harbor view is unbeatable--boats, water, mountains, even the occasional sea creatures. Everything inside is spotless, and the energy is lively but relaxed. Service is fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. the restaurant is clean, and the staff is excellent--special thanks to Makayla, who made the experience even better with her attentive service with a smile.
One note: near the entrance there's a strong sewer smell and signs of mold that really take away from the first impression. For a place with such great food and views, that's something management should fix.It would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for this..
Fantastic experience for my first visit at Brophy Bros in Ventura. Excellent, clam overload clammy, clam chowder. Some of the best that I have ever had! Beer battered Fish & Chips was on point as well. Great service and a view worth the drive made for an amazing time.
