It took over an hour to get our food and it was subpar at best. The staff had no idea whose order was whose, we observed wrong orders being brought out to so many different people. If you told me it was a soft opening to test the waters I would have believed it but this is an established restaurant. The steak had zero flavor. Rick and his family are making magic with fish tacos and burritos. My wife and I found our new favorite fish taco spot in Ventura. Being local, we have tried so many spots- and many are good.
