Predominantly a smoothie place but I was craving a sandwich at the time so got the chicken sando instead. It's a pressed ciabatta with chicken breast, havarti cheese, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, and arugula. I was pleasantly surprised by how juicy the chicken meat was and how well it paired with the pesto and excellently toasted bread. Good smoothies after training is a big plus for me. Welcome to the neighborhood but also not, because this place is local people! Stoked to have more locally raised people running their business in midtown. Go check it out.

Decided to try something new and very happy we found this place! Very clean and nice area for people to enjoy and hangout. We got the California poppy and dawn patrol, both very good smoothies and super tasty. 10-11 dollars for a smoothie is pretty steep but with all the ingredients in them and from a business perspective the price makes sense. Will definitely come again, the staff was also very nice and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Two thumbs up
