We had a great dinner at Prime for my birthday. We love the food & service. The only issue we had is we were charged $6 for club soda! I honestly feel this is way too much to charge a customer.
We also sat at the table in front of the fireplace, it was raining & windy out, but the exit area in the patio where we were seated was the only area not covered from the cooler weather & the heater was broken. Luckily the fireplace kept a few of us warm but everyone else was cold....read full review
5:30 pm and they ran out of filet and chicken less than an hour after opening.... We waited over 1.75 hours for the food after ordering - it was not even warm. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Service was ok - ran out of plates and cutlery, their operations was like a newly opened restaurant and not like an older establishment. Would not go there again....
