Rumfish y Vino offers an excellent ceviche, innovative flatbread with apricot jam, and a good selection of cocktails and wines. The friendly and attentive service complements the relaxing patio, which has heaters to counter the cool, humid weather. The hanger steak is fantastic, though the "Little's" (fried potato slices) are less impressive.
