I love this place. They have always been extremely friendly since they started a couple years ago from home. The coffee is perfect my favorite is the cookie butter!

Great little shop with friendly staff and a wide variety of flavored drinks. I'm not a fancy coffee drinker, so I just got an Americano with an add shot and cream (I like my coffee strong and they don't have regular brewed coffee). It was excellent and they were happy to make any adjustments (temp/cream/etc.) but it was perfect. Be patient because they are making specialty drinks and it may take a minute, but it's worth the wait!

Brewing Rooster is a cute little shop with great service and coffee. Many customers find the drinks amazing and the coffee exceptional, worth a small wait even with long lines. The staff is attentive and acknowledges everyone. While the regular cups are considered small and expensive for the size, the Churro Cheesecake is described as so, so good and not overly sweet. The cookie butter latte and abuelita latte are also highly recommended. The owner genuinely loves coffee and customer satisfaction.
