The elote I had was really good along with the mangonada. Both were very flavorful and well-seasoned. I recall that there wasn't a line when we were there so we were server very quickly. There wasn't really a place to sit and eat besides a small bench. Sat here since it was a hot day so we wanted to enjoy the food before everything melted. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
I have been to a few Michoacanas and this location was my least favorite. Ice cream was good but my 2 aguas were warm. One was extremely sweet and the other was extremely sour. They only offered 2 flavors of aguas frescas. The esquite was ok. The staff was very kind.

Service was good, the drink was good! I spent $10 on a Mangonada - a FULL SIZE candy straw would have been nice to get to the bottom of my drink! - They must cut them in 1/2 to save a few cents :/
