I have been here several times and each time it's different. The food is usually very good. I have wanted to try the Drunken noodles for a while now and I finally did. I don't know if they have different cooks but that day the noodles were overcooked, very, very soft like a half step from just mushy which made it hard to taste all the seasoning of the dish. We also had the chicken satay with a peanut butter sauce and onion and cucumber vinaigrette which was definitely delicious. The Thai tea was okay

Recently, there was a mix-up with my order. Things happen—but what stood out was the way it was handled. I called the restaurant and was greeted by a kind and courteous young man who immediately took ownership of the error. He sincerely apologized and offered to remake my order without hesitation. His tone was warm, his manner respectful, and the way he spoke made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.

It’s rare to experience that level of hospitality anymore. Mistakes are inevitable in any business, but how you recover from them says everything—and Giti Thai passed that test with flying colors.

The food, as always, was fantastic once it arrived. But it was the kindness on the other end of the phone that truly made my day. Giti Thai, you’ve earned my five stars and my future business. Thank you for being a gem in the community!

Found out this was a halal establishment after ordering (oops lol) - so no pork y’all! But the food here is very tasteful imo and presentation is great.

Service was very courteous and professional between the 2 waitstaff we encountered.

Space is moderate w/ high ceilings, clean establishment.

A little on the pricier side compared to other usual Thai fares, but I definitely recommend their deliciously crispy wontons and their savory curry entrees.

I was craving a Tom Kha Coconut Milk Soup and just happen to be in the area when my friend and I found this little gem. This the first time I eat at Giti Thai, and I loved it. The food did not disappoint . I ordered my soup with all the veggies and shrimp. The soup was tasty, the portion size was perfect (it came with a side of steamed rice) and at a very reasonable price. The staff was very attentive and nice. I will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

Came to visit my friend and wanted to eat something healthy, keep in mind I’m a very picky eater, lol. Giti Thai restaurant was a quick food decision that turned out to be delicious! I decided to take a risk my Tom Kahn soup was not only delicious + healthy I get a veggies only & it was def .a generous amount at a reasonable price 🙏. The Thai tea was fire ! Not too sweet just right . I will definitely be coming back when on this side of town.

Good Thai food whether you decide to dine in or take it home and enjoy it on your own plates, this place works well when you are in the mood for Thai in the View Park, Windsor Hills and adjacent areas. Frankly I can't think there are any other Thai restaurants in the area! Good placement.

I ordered the shrimp curry through Doordash. They charged $6.99 to add the shrimp and there were literally just TWO shrimp in the container! I call to complain and no one picks up the phone. What happened to getting what you paid for?!

Delicious!😋

Placed a takeout order and they forgot one dish from my order. They were kind enough to prioritise my issue after I showed them my missing item. You’ll probably get more food if you dine-in since my takeout portions were less than what you see in their pictures. Nonetheless, food is very flavourful and you can adjust spice level for some meals! Would give this place a try again :)
