I have to give props to the shift night manager at the Visalia location who was working on 06/02/25. They messed up on my order and I didn’t realize it till I was home 20 min away. Once I realized I called and spoke to the shift manager about my order he was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure they fixed their mistake. 10/10 customer service and was much appreciated it!!
Luke goes over and beyond when it comes to customer service. You come in and he has the regulars names memorised! Makes you feel at home :). 100/10 would recommend the Angry Mac medium with hot on top
Omg best customer service I love this place Dania helped me yesterday she was amazing really great customer service so helpful. The food always nice and hot this place never disappoints.
