Danny is so amazing & kind. I had trouble with my buy one get one card & she help me get it all set up on my app. She greets everyone who comes in with a beautiful smile & she's extremely knowledgeable. She should run the place if she doesn't already. Thank you Danny
As a small business owner, I completely understand what it's like to be busy with a lot of orders. Even though the lobby was full, the staff remained friendly, polite, and professional. They never made us feel rushed and continued to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. They truly made my experience wonderful.
Service was excellent! There were five of us, and even though the team was busy with only two employees working, they were able to assist us quickly at the Kiosk. Both team members had a positive attitude, took the time to welcome every guest, and provided outstanding hospitality throughout our visit.
Great visit! Thank you for the excellent hospitality, Jamba!

Jamba is a popular restaurant known for its fresh and varied food options. The service is quick and convenient, with the option to use the app to earn rewards and expedite orders. The ambiance is clean, colorful, and lively, with upbeat music playing in the background. The bakery items are a must-try, but customers should arrive early as they sell out quickly. Many customers appreciate the friendly service from the staff, though some have experienced less pleasant interactions, such as being questioned when asking to use the restroom or waiting longer than expected for their orders. Customers who have been in the business for years understand how the system works and emphasize that dashers and customers should be treated with respect. Overall, the restaurant's delicious food, including the razzleMcdazzle with vitamin zinc booster, keeps customers coming back. The restaurant's environment and food quality remain highlights, despite occasional issues with communication or service.
