Flavor-wise, the Carnivore Pizza with balsamic hits at a solid 4 stars—tasty and satisfying. The extra star comes from the staff. They were super friendly, cracking jokes with customers, and quick to handle everything smoothly.

I ordered the fold- over, which is like a canzone. It was pretty tasty. I would have given 5 stars but the red dipping sauce was frozen and I wasn't notified that my call-in order was ready.

Thanks to the management and owners of Blaze Pizza in Visalia. My friend and I had lunch at Blaze on Mooney on Tuesday, August 5th. To the point, I am a native New Yorker and as some might know we know our Pizza! And I have to post that I love this pizza! Thin, crispy crust with amazing sauce is what I look for, and I got it! And Gonzalo's amazing customer service and sincere welcome represents the best for us customers. See you folks once a week! Best, Neil Glotzer
