Ever since I first had California Fish Grill’s fried Swai, I’ve enjoyed eating here. Since finding that they have grilled mahi mahi on the menu, I am loving the place even more. If you have never had mahi mahi, I HIGHLY recommend it. Mahi Mahi is a mild, flaky, white meat fish. It’s from the tropics and, to date, is only wild caught. If you like halibut, you’ll like mahi mahi. I prefer it with the garlic butter as I really want to taste the delicate flavor of the fish....read full review
