“I'm not big on the "red room" vibe but the chicken was pretty good. Nice crunchy chicken, great customer service. Lemon pepper needs more lemon and pepper it was oddly sweet. Nashville hot taste great but wasn't hot, Mango habenero is really good but not spicy enough. Prices are reasonable“

“Just went to this location, the cashier that was working (Summer P) was the best. She was Very friendly and happy and SMILING!!!! Not many fast food workers know what customer service means anymore. She was seriously a good example of good customer service. I am a manager at a local hardware store and if we were hiring I would definitely be trying to recruit her. You guys have a good one El pollo loco.“

“Why is there no more cashiers at El Pollo Loco I do not like the computer system they have it canceled my order and it took 10 minutes to try and order don't like that system get rid of it I walked out because I couldn't get any correct help“

“I love eating at this place. By far the BEST chicken place. The staff here are so kind and generous. Me and my gf ordered the Mac and Cheese chicken fries and wings. We ordered an 8-piece and got 9 wings instead!! Love the guy in the front 👍🏽 would recommend trying!“
