I looked forward to eating at this restaurant again. Its been a very long time since the last time we ate here. I'm talking well over 15 years. We got there at 4:38 pm 3/16/24. We were seated, ;eft alone and observed 2 more couple come in and be seated AFTER us. They were then given their drinks. Not once did anyone offer us drinks or attend to us. So we walked out. Not sure why were treated that way but you your staff definitely did not care about us at all.

Their signature bone-in Ribeye steak is very good. The appetizers were also great. Good service. The ambiance is lacking some. It's a large steakhouse but it was somewhat empty for a Saturday night. It is a little more pricey than other steakhouses in the area.

Steaks are incredible. Cooked perfectly, we ordered the filet and the special which was a 23oz bone in steak dry aged 21 days. It was like butter. Marvelous. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bartender was great. Weeknights they close at 8:30 and those are good nights to go if you don't want a crowd. Weekends is much busier and open much later.Vegetarian options: Firecracker Tofu, Veggies, or impossible burger are their vegan options. Why would a vegan go to an amazing steak restaurant is beyond my comprehension.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is completely a ramp. All chairs are detached from the tables.

Went with friends who are regulars. The waitress knew their drinks, appetizers and meals! Made our dinner that much more enjoyable! The double L has a real assesset in her as their employee! We celebrated our anniversary at this steakhouse for the first time. The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. Arriving shortly after they open is recommended for a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Absolutely spectacular! From the moment we walked in the customer service was above and beyond. I do have to empathize one person in particular that made this first impression amazing. Matt at the bar was exceptional attending to me and my gf from the menu to drink recommendations to getting the touchtunes jukebox working for us. Just a wonderful person! Definitely will be recommending this gem to all my blue collar buddies for either grabbing a drink after work or their date-nights. They have several dining areas to accommodate private events and large dinner groups as well.

It used to be so much better in the 90’s.. tbh I dont want happened, they always use to take good care of me but they probably passed down the business to a family member. Dont get me wrong its still good but it doesn’t compare to the glory

First off, the service was outstanding. Unfortunately that was the only thing good about our dinning experience. The food was terrible and the drinks tasted watered down. That will be the last time we go to the Double LL.
