Lived in Visalia for 20+ years and I've always seen this place but never gone. It's easily the best Chinese food in the city in my opinion. A sweet older Asian couple are the only people working and they are very friendly and accommodating. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS. And the price is cheaper than most if not all the other Chinese places in the city. We got broccoli chicken, broccoli beef, and orange chicken with fried rice and chow mein and I will absolutely come back and try the whole menu.
The flavor of each dish was so POP WOW AMAZING. Definitely recommend to anyone craving delicious food. Me and my fiance cam back and ordered ONE lunch special plate for the both of us and it was plenty of food. Good portions.

Great amount of food for the price of the 2 entrees combo. Customer services were amazing and loved the owners. They are friendly and welcoming. The food was alright. I got the Mongolia beef, Szechuan Spicy Beef, shrimp walnut, and orange chicken with chowmein. It's not the best Chinese food I had in town, but it's worth a try. Taste is mostly soy sauce, other wise the flavor of the food is not so unique from each other. Definitely quantity but not quality.

Owner is always super kind, helpful and accommodating to me.. Food is absolutely delicious.. I usually get sweet & sour pork, chow mein and my new fav is the deluxe vegetable stir-fry..awesome sauces! Always also salt and spicy fish is really good too!!

Very good food.... lots of authentic varieties. The best asset of this restaurant is Ming and her personality. She truly cares about pleasing her customers and smiles and talks to everyone through the door. There are few if any, who make a food experience this pleasant! I feel better whenever I go here. Went here Christmas Eve (they were open until 9pm that night). Place was not busy and parking is ample.The owners were very nice and greeted us. The husband is more on the outspoken side, but in a nice way. I ordered a combo rice plate and a drink. The portion was generous and the food was good with good amount of protein.Overall, a decent spot. No frills, nothing that stands out. Just a good Chinese spot. Check them out.

The lady behind the counter was very friendly and nice. I got the wor won ton soup the wonton meat and vegetables where in a stir fry? and the broth was separate. The stir fried part was different and once added to the broth it didn't really go well In my opinion. I have ate there before and really liked the food I will try this soup again maybe just got it on a bad day.

Really good rice and chow mein. The batter for the sweet and sour chicken was very good as well. Wasn't a big fan of the sweet and sour sauce but will be going back to out more of their menu.

Food was delicious. We come from the bay and are always looking for great chinese to go food in the area. The food was so good. However i wasnt a fan of the eggrolls. They were not bad but they only have meat and noodles(i like veggies included). My husband loved them. The customer service was AMAZING! They are so nice!!! Will be coming back. My favorite was the sweet and sour chicken. So crispy and light on the batter!! I was shocked how good it crunched . We even warmed up the left overs and the chicken was still crispy!! Cant wait to go back and try other dishes.
