Lived in Visalia for 20+ years and I've always seen this place but never gone. It's easily the best Chinese food in the city in my opinion. A sweet older Asian couple are the only people working and they are very friendly and accommodating. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS. And the price is cheaper than most if not all the other Chinese places in the city. Great amount of food for the price of the 2 entrees combo. Customer services were amazing and loved the owners. They are friendly and welcoming. The food was alright. I got the Mongolia beef, Szechuan Spicy Beef, shrimp walnut, and orange chicken with chowmein. It's not the best Chinese food I had in town, but it's worth a try. Taste is mostly soy sauce, other wise the flavor of the food is not so unique from each other. Definitely quantity but not quality.
Owner is always super kind, helpful and accommodating to me.. Food is absolutely delicious.. I usually get sweet & sour pork, chow mein and my new fav is the deluxe vegetable stir-fry..awesome sauces! Always also salt and spicy fish is really good too!!
