Wish I hadn’t given money to this business through SMBX as they have failed to make bond payments after just 3 months.
I couldn't find the location. Google maps said it was 6 min from where I work so I decided to go there for some horchata. I walked around a Chevron on Mineral King St and saw no location. I think the location might be on another street based off their website. But it should be said on Google maps.
Was absolutely amazing. The pan dulce was delicious along with the ice cream.
Really good churros and ice cream

It was closed at 7:15 on Saturday night. The open sign was on and we parking was packed. After we got to the door it was locked. We waited and nothing. Waste of time!
I recently visited Que Concha, hoping to satisfy my sweet tooth with one of the delicious ice cream desserts shown on Instagram. Unfortunately, this ice cream shop fell far short of my expectations, leaving me deeply disappointed with both the overpriced offerings and the mediocre quality of their products.Moving on to the actual concha ice cream itself, the quality failed to impress. With only a handful of traditional flavors available and a few uninspiring specialty options, this place leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, the concha bread itself was stale. The wait times at Que Concha were lackluster at best. The staff appeared distracted with their cellphones and conversation amongst themselves, showing little enthusiasm or knowledge about their own products. Their lack of engagement with customers made the experience feel impersonal and contributed to an overall disappointing visit. The cherry on top of our visit was them denying my tr@nsgender friend the bathroom, claiming it was out of order, after we saw the owner let a woman use it. We could hear him making fun of my friend from the back kitchen area. So this is not a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community yet they had no issue taking our money. In conclusion, my experience at Que Concha was far from satisfactory. The exorbitant prices, mediocre quality, limited flavor selection, and lackluster customer service combined with tr@nsphobic behavior left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. With numerous other shops in the area that offer better value, superior quality, and more imaginative flavors, I cannot in good conscience recommend Que Concha.
We recently visited Que Concha, and I must say, the service was exceptional! The person in charge that day went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Their kindness and attentiveness really made our visit special. The desserts and coffee were delicious, but it was the warm and welcoming service that left a lasting impression. Highly recommend!
Great coffee shop/ dessert place! The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was lovely. I ordered the churros and they were absolutely delicious. An absolute must when you visit Visalia.
Great customer service and the churro bites we had were delicious! The iced cafe de olla is a must!

Came here with my sister because I’ve seen raving reviews about this place from family members on Snapchat. I’m from Montana and when I tell you we have nothing like this, I mean it.This place was absolutely delicious. My daughter loved it. We got a variety of items and every single one was so good. This is definitely a new must stop when I visit family in Visalia.
Customer service was amazing for me and my friends who were skating and stopped by. The churros were amazing, and their ice coffee was also very great. when one of my friends ordered his coffee a bit too bitter, the employee at the counter was happy to fix the order and was very friendly. accommodating free water, and even some free churros. The ambience of the spot is very great as well, with many seats to sit at, along with a nice relaxing interior. -kid with the cookies bag.
We were so excited to try this place :-( Their hours say open at 12 and we got there right at noon, but they weren’t open. Figured they’re getting a late start so we got lunch and returned at 1 and still not open. Maybe next time but it was a waste of time driving here.
Delicious coffee and treats
Beware! Their horchata is NOT dairy-free! I had a SEVERE allergy attack after ordering a horchata ice coffee. Horchata is usually a vegan drink made of rice milk. I am highly allergic to dairy and had a severe reaction. I should have asked but they also should be professional and honest and mention that it CONTAINS DAIRY! Their website only states that its a rice beverage. They had no mention of allergens and employees do not wear gloves, hairnets or wash hands in between orders or after using register. There was a fly buzzing in their dessert case too. I will never be back!
