Walked in on a Saturday at 2:30pm with my family, no one greeted us, we were ignored for 10 minutes, no one brought us menus or guided us. The atmosphere was very cold and rude…. We ended up walking out , would not recommend.

Food is great. But the Girl at the bar I believe her name is Clarissa, her customer service is absolutely terrible. If you hate your JOB quit, people come here to unwind and have a good time not to deal with your rudeness when ordering a drink . I wont be returning to this place because of her horrific service.

Very cool spot, and the atmosphere was cool. The food was all fried and definitely not th healthiest of options. I think you come here for the drinking and fill up on the fried and greasy food. We had a party of 7 and we had a good time. Parking was limited to street parking only, and staff was somewhat alright. You have to order at the front and then sit down. Service to the tables was limited to when you ordered and delivered your food.

Nice atmosphere but the wings I’ve ordered and waited for 15’ were served almost cold, wet with some spicy sauce with vinegar. Horrible taste! I do not recommend . Maybe the burgers are better.
I would have shared a picture, but I was too excited to eat my chicken sandwich, I forgot. I have to say that the Stacked California chicken sandwich with its fluffy mound of sprouts, crispy bacon, yummy cheese, delectable pesto aioli and its nice soft bun is a mouth watering sandwich I look forward to each time I come here. It's my favorite chicken sandwich and it could be yours too!

First time I showed up I ended up leaving because I sat there for 15 minutes without being spoken to. Ended up getting takeout. Tried them again on a slow Wednesday afternoon. Bartender was not very friendly. Ordered chicken sandwich. Was mostly ignored after that. It came out dry, chewy and bland. No seasoning on the chicken. The garlic fries were off too. They had a cardboard taste. You guys ever heard of salt? A dipping sauce would have helped. Too bad nobody bothered to check up. Had to raise my hand and my voice just to get a beer. And once again for a second beer.Don’t be fooled by the atmosphere. Do you want decent food and good service? Do not come here.

Was asked to hold and waited on the phone for over 10min, clearly forgotten about. I heard them help over 5 people while I was waiting - could literally hear 3 different cashiers and the customers specified orders clearly. I needed to call to confirm a delivery order with an allergy. The food is not good enough to potentially get sick. Been in person and also not impressed - gotten cold food. I’d recommend going next door to sushi kuu or any other neighboring restaurants.
