Came here on a Thursday evening at around 7.45pm and it was not too crowded and gotta love the atmosphere. Ordered sushi and a chicken & tempera Bento box and my kids love the crispy tender chickens and my wife and I love the sushi. Overall, the price is reasonable for the downtown location and the amount of foods served to us was plenty as it was what we paid for!! No complaints as our family will return and I highly recommended this restaurant to everyone...!
As someone who comes from a Japanese family, I have to say this place is legit. They serve traditional Japanese dishes such as Yakisoba, Udon, etc. stuff I grew up eating. The owner is very friendly, and we had a nice chat the first time I went. I definitely recommend this place for people who are looking for non-American sushi fair. It's delicious.

My Son brought me here for lunch and was really happy with the deep fried shrimp and veggies. It came with white rice and a small salad and soup. Dressing on salad wasn't that great in my opinion and didn't love the soup, but it was pretty good. Service was ok. Not super friendly, but got the job done. Price was a little high. I would however go back for the main dish. Perfectly cooked and yummy.
