I only ordered a burrito so I can't speak to other menu items, but my burrito was very small in general and especially relative to the prices. Ingredients didn't taste very fresh and were lukewarm, at best. I was also accidentally overcharged so it's a good thing I checked my receipt before leaving. Customer service was great. I really wanted to support this place but customer service wasn't enough to offset cold food and small portions.

1. I asked if they could do a surf n turf burrito, even if it wasn’t on the menu. They said yes (twice)2. We asked if the California burrito has avocado, they said yesWhen we got our food, instead of a surf n turf they just gave us shrimp burritosThe California burritos also didn’t have avocadoThey atleast asked if everything was ok with the food bc we were visibly upset. When we told them, the response was “sorry we don’t have a surf n turf burrito”. But they did apologize about the California burrito not having avocado (the irony of the place being named Aguacates) and gave us free drinksBut other than that, the food was average at best

This had never happened to me in this place, I had been consuming in this place for 15 years and everything was fine until today when I ordered a chicken broth and it arrived at my house when I try to eat the broth it is a pigeon or a pigeon or guillota as you know it what I received. That's why I classify this place as dirty and I already reported it healthily,
