I had a fairly good lunch at Berta's and Osuna's Nicaraguan and Latin American food truck. I ordered the combination platter which included pork chunks, sweet fried plantains, fried cheese, and rice and beans. Good large portions most of which was excellent but the pork was a little too dry and hard. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You've got to check the schedule and try this fellow Veteran-Owned food truck. We hooked up with them on a Tuesday at SouthO brewing. I'm not too much of a Latin-American foody and don't know a lot about it. However, I was pleasantly surprised by what we had and it didn't take long.
