“We were in the area and decided to find a good spot for Mexican food. We tried their carne asada fries, surf n turf burrito, fish and carnitas tacos and horchata. Carnitas tacos was excellent and pork was flavorful. Surf n Turf burrito is full of flavor and good amount of meat and shrimp. Family enjoyed fish taco and CA fries. Had better horchata elsewhere. If you’re in the area, definitely worth trying. We came before dinner crowd and the place was empty, ambience was very clean and inviting, good music and ample parking. The 2 workers (male and female) were very friendly and helpful, even helped us bring drinks to our car. Great first experience!“
“I had a fairly good lunch at Berta's and Osuna's Nicaraguan and Latin American food truck. I ordered the combination platter which included pork chunks, sweet fried plantains, fried cheese, and rice and beans. Good large portions most of which was excellent but the pork was a little too dry and hard. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought the food was pricey for a food truck but was good and plentiful. I don't know how you find their current location as they serve at different locations and their posted address is their business (not Food Truck) address.“
“Ramones is always on point, I have absolutely no complaints at all! Their breakfast burritos are amazing, and their lunchtime / dinner burritos are always great! The staff prepares the meals in an expeditious but well created manner and always very courteous! Ramones is a must go establishment!“
“Stopped by a couple weeks ago. Thought I was going to a restaurant but it's actually a food truck next to Black Plague Brewing. This is the epitome of don't judge a book by its cover. Simply put, I ate one of the best burgers I've ever had! Also ordered the Pulled Chicken Nachos, they were excellent. Fast, friendly service! A must try! I'm heading back this weekend for another burger. This is my new favorite cheat meal!“
“The food here is so fresh. I got the 3 tacos for $10 and every bite was crunchy and warm. The agua fresca's are the best part, every sip is refreshing. If you're a returning costumer and want to try something new I recommend the surf and turf fries they're so crispy and the best I've tried. There's plenty of protein in every serving. It definitely feels like I'm having a home cooked meal every time I eat here. The customer service is great, I'm always greeted with a smile and welcoming employees. It's very family friendly and there's an option for everyone even the littles. Definitely recommend Meche's fish tacos.“
“I went there today on a recommendation from an IG post and I was a bit skeptical because so far all Cuban restaurants in San Diego are below average. This place is small and has no tables to eat inside but there’s a huge outside eating area. Being Cuban myself I was hoping to have a good experience and to be honest it was a VERY good experience. I ordered a Cuban Sandwich and I must say that it’s the best Cuban sandwich I’ve had in all of California. I also tasted their black beans and rice and they were delicious. The gentleman running the place was Cuban so we exchanged conversation and he was very nice. My food was on time and nice and hot. I’m planning on returning and trying a few more dishes and see if it will be as good as my first experience, I would recommend this place over Havana Grill or Havana Kitchen,. Give it a try I think you’ll like it.“
“This is a hidden gem somewhere in Carlsbad. I'm so happy I found this place and I fully regret not ordering my own acai bowl. Although it doesn't seem like much, the acai bowl that we got here was actually very delicious and fresh! Something about it made me enjoy it so much more than I have the others I've ordered from other businesses. If you're in the area, definitely go check them out!“
“I experienced this food truck while I was at the Belching Beaver Brewery in Oceanside. The food was excellent. The wait time was reasonable for the amount of food we ordered. I tried the Jalapeno Chipotle Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich and it was EXCELLENT. Great reviews from my family on the Bacon and original sandwiches as well as the lobster Mac and cheese.... No complaints.Great service with smiles and good small talk.“

“Daaaaaang Brother (Hulk Hogan voice) is the business. Probably my favorite personal pizza spot. Fairly priced for what you get and woodfired pizza just tastes so damn good.I ordered the Pink Lady and it did not disappoint! Comes with their signature red sauce, bacon, pepperoni, mushrooms, and spinach. Highly recommend you try the spicy ranch to dip your pizza in - it's not too spicy and most people will be able to handle it.The staff is very friendly and service is on point. The wait isn't too bad, probably waited 15 minutes even when the line was packed.Definitely going to come back to try the other pies.“
