Ate here for the first time last evening after driving past it many times up and down Oceanside Blvd. All I can say is "Incredible!!" We parked our car, walked into the grass carpeted area and felt like we were no longer on Oceanside Blvd. The area they have set up with tables, fame heaters and a large screen TV is great. Gaby's Tacos is our new taco home! We ordered the shrimp tacos, and they made them exactly how we like them; fresh, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with delicious shrimp. Every bite was incredible!

Gabys Tacos offers great food and generous portions. The carnitas burrito, carne aside burrito, pillows aside quesadilla, bean/rice/cheese burrito, and churros are available. A taco combo plate with shrimp and fish tacos is delicious, with the shrimp being flavorful. The taco de pulpo is a must-try. There is a salsa station with a creamy green salsa. The fish tacos, carne asada burrito, and pollo asada quesadilla are recommended. An old school bottle of Coca Cola pairs with fresh habanero salsa. Gabys Tacos is authentic, family owned, and consistently hits. The carne asada is on point and the salsa goes crazy.
