AM Goodness Cafe is a cheerful spot and a great neighborhood breakfast place in Vista CA. The vibe is homey and cheery with a simple, clean atmosphere. The staff is consistently super friendly, kind, helpful, and service is impressively fast. The chef and owner are also very friendly. The food is absolutely delicious, with everything being great quality and consistently good each time. Portions are generous and huge, offering incredible value. The menu has a great variety of so many options. Specific meals highlighted by guests include the veggie burrito, veggie hash, Verde Omelette with house potatoes and wheat bread, avocado toast with lox, and the ca breakfast burrito. The fresh juices, like the fresh-squeezed orange juice, are a total game changer and cannot be missed. It is very popular, so peak hours can mean a wait, but it is worth it.
