“They have this new AI service that just SUCKS. I kept asking what a certain burger had to what the AI kept saying that it added it to my order. You would think since the employees have headsets and listen in they would intervene and answer my question but nope. I got frustrated and just went with the burger I usually get. Hopefully that issue gets resolved.“
“When I’ve come to this restaurant before, there was always something off about it. Last night was not the case. The vibe was relaxing and welcoming. The place as extremely clean and well stocked and Shift Leader Kimberly was more than helpful with correcting our order, she handled the customers with ease showing great customer service. I honestly don’t know why she isn’t a manager yet. She has turned that store completely around.“
