I experienced this food truck while I was at the Belching Beaver Brewery in Oceanside. The food was excellent. The wait time was reasonable for the amount of food we ordered. I tried the Jalapeno Chipotle Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich and it was EXCELLENT. Great reviews from my family on the Bacon and original sandwiches as well as the lobster Mac and cheese.... No complaints.Great service with smiles and good small talk.

PERFECTION at its finest. Had their deliciousness at a brew fest in San Diego and HELL to the YES. I got the mac daddy which is bacon mac and cheese and my boyfriend got the baconator grilled mac and cheese sandwich with jalapeños added to it. Let's just say I'm craving it and this only happened a few hours ago. If you ever see the drippin kitchen nearby PLEASE do yourself a favor and get some food, you will not be disappointed. By far the best I've ever had, please take notes

Hands down the BEST Mac and Cheese I've ever had. The vibe of the colorful truck and grilled cheese sandwiches on the menu caught my eye. The owner, Garrett saw me walking up and offered me a sample. I fell in love with the first bite! The truffle Mac with grilled onions was decadent - it had a super creamy béchamel sauce and crispy lil edges from the flat top grill. Besides that, the customer service was superb so I'll definitely be back for more.

Tried them for the first time recently. We ordered the Lobster Mac and the Baconator grilled cheese ($30 for both). The sammich was very good. I do wish there was some kind of "sauce" to dip the sammich into - maybe like a tomato bisque or something along those lines. The lobster mac however was very dry as though it's been sitting in a hot pan for too long. If it was creamy this would be a home run as they do put a lot of lobster into the mix, but even with a beer it was tough to wash down. Anxious to try the birria sammich but again if there is no consomé or broth to dip it into I feel it might be a tad too dry.
We had the best experience with Dripping Kitchen! They catered our event, and everything from booking them to the night of was five-star. The food was out of this world! Every single person loved it! We are going to be booking them again for two events this year.

So good! Just visited the truck tonight at Vistas Food Truck night. Service: cashier was nice, ordered quickly & waited for food. It took about 20 minutes for food but it was worth it!!Ordered: Classic Drizzle grilled cheese & macaroni & cheese plates.Seating: parking lot seating, had a handful of tables that were clean with trash cans located throughout. It was a nice event, clean & truck offered the napkins & forks needed.Both food options were super cheesy & flavorful! I loved the Mac & cheese, had lots of flavor and was filling. It is a heavier Mac & cheese but I didn't mind. Looking forward to catching them again & trying the other options. My girls loved both!

Had for the first time the other day and omg! This is the most elite “hangover food” I had the tri tip grilled cheese and my son had the lobster Mac and we both devoured it in minutes. The bread was perfectly toasted, the tri tip was so tender and the caramelized onions complimented everything so nicely. Their customer service was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about this truck! 10/10

If you want to give your tastebuds the luxury of basking in some of the most AMAZING comfort food tasties....DRIPPIN KITCHEN is the place to go!!! Mouthwatering ingredients that are spectacularly curated and packed with love will have you coming back for more. I was too busy reveling in the scrumptious flavors to take a photo, but you can bet your bottom there will be plenty more opportunities for that in the near future. 10/10 highly recommend chasing down Garrett and his food truck any chance you get!!!

We enjoyed drippin' outside of the Lost Abbey Sanctuary. They were very kind and quick. The grilled cheese with birria was delicious, all it was missing was some spice or sauce. They were out of the consommé which would have been the perfect addition.
