This is a gem of a spot in downtown Vista. Family run eatery. The food is authentic and delicious. What you see in the images is the three enchilada plate with one cheese, one chicken and one beef enchilada with beans and rice. The other plate is two chicken tacos with beans and rice. Listen, the food here is excellent! I got chips and salsa, Chile relleno, beans, and rice, and enjoyed them all. Very fresh and fast. There’s only one thing keeping this review from being 5 stars. Hidden gem of Mexican food in Vista. Offered as a sit down style resteraunt with burritos covered in Cheese. friendly staff, no wait times. Great chips and salsa! Thoroughly was surprised by how good the El ranchero burrito was. Will recommend this place.
