This company runs illegal practices. Their drivers are uninsured. One of the delivery drivers hit my parked car causing significant damage. It was a hassle to deal with the company as they did not want to make it right and caused hardship trying to get a resolution. For this reason I cancelled the service and they denied refunding me for the last order that I never received. Do not support- try My Healthy Penguin instead!

The food quality is the best out of all the meal prep services I’ve used in the past! The workout plan is also amazing for me giving me direction at the gym. It’s definitely a bit on the pricier side, but the quality, diverse food options, and personalized experience is well worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone trying to improve their health and make their day to day more efficient!

I've been using MPS for roughly 4/5 months now and all meals I've tried are delicious, filling and nutritious. Customer service team is very responsive and friendly. Eddie usually helps me out whenever I have a question. Came from factor and everything is much better with MPS!

If I could this company a zero I would, First of all after I already ordered they texted me 3 days later informing me that menu was put up incorrectly and I had pick other items , ok fine no big deal, I was texted the delivery would be early morning Sunday but they informed later it would afternoon, so I said I couldn't so they said they deliver Monday which was ok , I thought everything was good and than I get message from my roomate saying my food was outside on Sunday , whos knows how long it was sitting out there , save yourself the headaches 😩, the waste of money and use a different company , probaly most unprofessional company I ever dealt with . THIS SUCH A SHAME BECAUSE THE FOOD I got was delicious, I commend the chefs but what poor communication and logitics.

I wanted to like this meal prep service, but after repeated delivery failures, poor customer service, and unauthorized charges, I can’t recommend them.
First, I requested a one-time delivery change, which they claim to offer, but they ignored my request without explanation. The following week, despite confirming my order multiple times, my meals never arrived. I only found out after reaching out myself, at which point they told me my order had been removed—without notifying me. I had planned my week around receiving these meals and was left scrambling last minute without food.
Customer service was unhelpful and unable to provide clear answers. They suggested impractical alternatives like delivering to my workplace (which wasn’t feasible) or delaying until the next day (which would mean spoiled food). At that point, I decided to cancel my subscription and requested that my payment information be removed. They assured me it would be—but days later, I received a new order confirmation and was charged without my consent.
This company is disorganized, unreliable, and difficult to deal with. If you need a meal prep service you can count on, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere

I have been using MPS for several weeks now and have been impressed with quality, freshness and quality of food. Other services have left me hungry but not MPS! I’ve also recently added their fresh press juices and am enjoying them!

I never received my meals or juices and I ordered them on January 1st. I have tried a lot of different meal programs and never have I ever experienced a late order and such unprofessional service before in my life. I didn't receive any notification my meals were coming. I reached out to the hotline and couldn't receive any updates on my package. No one from the company could give me an update on my meal status and that quite frankly is unacceptable! I am a working professional with a hectic and intense job. I do not have time to have my meal company miss a delivery of my food for the week. I didn't go to the grocery store this weekend because I was expecting the delivery of my meals from this service, but it never came. So now, I don't have any food for the entire week! This company was so quick to charge my account but not quick enough to provide an update on the status of my meals. I'm very livid and quite frankly disappointed. This is going down as the worst meal delivery program I have ever experienced.
Good food and convenient, but not recommended due to deceptive/fraudulent loyalty incentive program and difficult to opt out of promotional texts/emails.
I really enjoyed this service when I first signed up. The meals have consistently been excellent and the delivery service is extremely convenient. The packaging for the food is also very effective -- food stays fresh in the fridge all week.
Now the bad side and why I'm considering switching to another service. When I originally signed up, their promotional program offered 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% discounts on my 6th, 12th, 18th, and 24th order. I have a printed brochure from them stating as much. However, now that I've passed week 12 and tried to redeem my 50% discount, they refuse to honor this discount. It seems they have now changed the program to be less favorable to customers, and these discounts aren't available until later: weeks 18, 24, 30, 36. This is not right.

Used meal prep Sunday off and on for a while now. Ate the beef stroganoff potato casserole this week. Unfortunately got food poisoning. I’ve been strict on my cut so meal prep Sunday is the only explanation for this. Hope they do a better job in the future. Want to warn those who want to use this service.
